Terms of Infrastructure Usage

1. Platform Access & License
Bookkizee provides high-availability cloud ERP infrastructure. Access is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly bound to the registered enterprise node.
2. Operational Conduct
Users shall not utilize the platform for data scraping, stress-testing our API infrastructure, or distributing malicious payloads within the CRM environment.
3. Data Integrity & Compliance
Users retain full ownership of their data. You must ensure that your data practices comply with the regulatory frameworks of the jurisdiction where your operations are hosted (India, UAE, Oman, Qatar, or Canada).
4. Service Availability
We target 99.99% infrastructure uptime. Scheduled maintenance cycles are announced via the system dashboard 48 hours in advance to minimize operational disruption.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Infrastructure Usage and any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with Bookkizee platform services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All legal matters and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
